For centuries we’ve been looking for it: The secret to a long life!
In my lifetime there have been dozens of studies to discover why some people live to be 120 or older.
None of these very expensive scientific studies discovered the ONE common denominator that ALL long-living people have but you, dear reader, in this article today, will find out what it is. When you do, you may think one of three things:
- “That’s the stupidest thing I ever heard�
- “Why did nobody ever figure this out?� or
- “Wow, that’s really cool!”
Here�s some background…
Back in the 1960s people over 100 years old were “discovered” by western researchers in the Caucasus Mountains. Because they ate a lot of yogurt, their longevity was thought to be due to the yogurt they ate. This theory resulted in a Dannon Yogurt commercial that fueled the yogurt craze of the 1970s and 80s.
When Tibetans over 110 were discovered in the 1990s , some �experts� in nutrition thought it was due to the water they drank from the cold Himalayan rivers. This spawned a rash of health products containing minerals and ‘trace elements’ touted for a time by still more health “experts”.
When 65-year-old Native South American people were observed to have bodies that looked 20 years younger than their North American counterparts, it was credited to the exotic plants in their rain forest diets.
So what did these theories accomplish in the search for health and longevity? Well…
- Yogurt marketers made a lot of money and produced a lot of phlegm for the American public.
- “Trace Elements” and mineral products caused joint pain and calcific tendonitis in thousands of Americans (including this writer) AND..
- It resulted in a million other ‘secret to long life’ products that made a lot of money for the people who sold them but did nothing to help the poor schmucks who bought them.
None of these researchers found the SINGLE common denominator connected why ALL these groups lived such long and HEALTHY lives. But it was there all along and it was staring them right in the face.

Yes, that’s right. The ONE thing ALL the people over 100 years old have in common is they carry substantially less weight than western science and medicine says they should in order to be ‘normal’ or healthy.
Does this shock you? Does it make you totally lose interest or hope in living a long healthy life because you think you can�t be thin or go without eating delicious food all the time?� Well it shocked many western observers AND most Americans never hear about this discovery.
But, the facts are undeniable and there for all to see. Have you ever heard of a 100 year-old overweight person? No, you haven’t. Because there aren’t any. In fact, people who are very overweight RARELY live past 70. And that’s in a country where the average life expectancy is 78.
So why hasn�t the American health system capitalized on this discovery?� Well, to some extent we are.� After 50 years of a steady increase in chronic disease in the U.S.� Even the Main Stream Media are talking about the need for Americans to lose fat.� But progress is painfully slow.
So that leads me to the American Health System, the American Food System and the American Way of Life which, in my opinion, is not only killing us but also making the lives of millions of Americans MISERABLE. And it’s all being done in the name of the almighty dollar.
So, if you want to avoid being a statistic.� If you want to be in the vanguard of the march to DRASTICALLY improved health and longevity. If you DO NOT want to fall victim to the profit-making juggernaut that enslaves millions of Americans our disease-causing food system disease-maintaining health care system. Then keep reading�.
